Meal-plan costs: compare the meals you will actually use
Compare meal prices, delivery fees, usable days and change terms when choosing a weekly or monthly meal plan.

Compare the full bill
Add the discounted meal total, delivery for the entire schedule and any extras. Divide by the portions you expect to use. A lower advertised portion price is less useful if a long plan includes days when you cannot receive food.
A calculation you can check
At Eat Better’s current indicative prices, 20 Everyday Balance meals over four weeks cost VND 2,261,000 after the current saving. If the confirmed total delivery charge is F, the cost per meal is (2,261,000 + F) / 20. Use the actual quote for F. If only 16 meals will be used and changes are unavailable, dividing by 16 gives a more realistic usable-meal cost.
Cooking, individual orders or a plan?
Cooking gives control but takes shopping, preparation and cleaning time. Individual orders suit an unpredictable schedule. A plan can reduce daily decisions when delivery days are stable. Track a real week of cost and effort rather than assuming one option is cheapest for everyone.
Read change terms before choosing a discount
Ask about date and address changes, notice periods, holidays, unused meals and refunds. Do not assume these benefits are included. Eat Better confirms the applicable terms before payment.
Ordering for several people
Get a quote for the actual portions and delivery visits. Do not multiply a single-person delivery fee or assume a group order ships free. List quantities by dish when preferences differ.
A short comparison sheet
Write down usable portions, meal subtotal, total delivery, change terms and unresolved questions. Compare the same number of people and the same schedule. Check the confirmed order total before transferring.
