Eat Better is preparing to serve Ho Chi Minh City. The menu, imagery and pricing on this website are indicative; plan details are confirmed directly before payment.

Information we store

When you enquire or request a plan, we store your name, phone, email, delivery address, schedule and plan choices to confirm and fulfil your request. We also store delivery status, transaction references, reconciled amounts and reviews you submit. Do not enter card details or medical records in the forms.

Confirmation and payment

Submitting a meal-plan request does not guarantee delivery availability. Eat Better will confirm meals, dates and delivery windows, total shipping fees and change, cancellation or refund terms before payment. Plans do not renew automatically and the website does not debit your bank account.

Private links and reviews

Your private tracking link allows access to order information and a review after all meals are delivered. Do not share this link publicly. Reviews may be published after checks for personal information, spam and abusive language; your name, email and address are not displayed with the review.

Storage and supporting services

Data is stored on SiteGround hosting; only authorised managers can access the dashboard. The site uses session cookies for forms, language and sign-in, with no advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts. VietQR generates payment codes using the receiving account, amount and order reference; Casso supplies transaction data for reconciliation. Information needed to deliver meals is shared only with the delivery provider.

Optional website analytics

If you choose Allow under Analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 measures article/menu views, checkout steps, submitted requests and paid orders. Google may process browser identifier cookies, device information and browsing activity. Our tracking code does not send your name, email, phone number, delivery address or private order-link token. The analytics transaction identifier is generated separately and contains no order access credential.

You may decline or change your choice using Analytics cookies in the footer without affecting ordering. Your preference is remembered in the browser for up to 180 days. Google processes analytics data under its policies, potentially outside Vietnam. We do not enable advertising personalization. Google Privacy Policy.

Correcting or deleting information

Send your request and order reference to hello@eatbetter.online. We will verify the requester before providing or changing data. Some transaction information may need to be retained for reconciliation and record-keeping obligations.
